So by your comments against Jesse and Kelly Construction, are you condemning Boeing for taking tax dollars to provide defense structure to our country, military personnel for keeping their government funded paychecks . . . etc? Kelly Construction does not have to lobby for federal stimulus/earmark pork to legitimately bid on federal infrastructure projects. The infrastructure is part of the federal mandate via the Commerce Clause. Fighting to get earmarks/stimulus money would be very Reid/Pelosi/Rangel-ish, but that is neither what Jesse nor Kelly Construction is doing.
