Wow Arrugula2, that is a pretty strong arguement you make. Once again the race card comes out, the liberal shield. It' s funny how some minorites go there whole lives without seeing racism, lead successful lives, never making excuses. . .while other minorites see it everywhere and in everything. . .especially when things don't go their way. Regardless of political views, we cannot choose which laws to follow and which to ignore. The gov. obviously misspoke and now everyone wants to jump on that, regardless of the reasons why they came here. . .if they don't do it thru the port of entry. .they're breaking the law!!! As far as Mexico, well we've all seen what a great country that's turned out to be, I don't see many people running into that country. Viva Mexico.

California. . . .far from perfect. You certainly have made this whole immigration thing work out, you're invaded by them. What the rest of the country doesn't seem to understand is that no one here is against immigration, just illegal immigration. People from Mexico seem to think that their plight overrides the rest of the world's. Immigrants from all over the world, that come from very bad places, take the time to do things right. Cops around here, and in California, do a great job of protecting us, we trust on a daily basis that they will use good judgement. The second this law kicks in they will all be racist pigs? One in four police officers in Tucson is hispanic. . . There are far more important things that other states show be addressing instead of a law that mirrors federal law that has been in place for decades. Oh, by the way, I am "brown", born in Mexico and a LEGAL immigrant to this great country. My family took the time to do things right.
