Water already flows north out of the Roger Rd treatment plant creating a beautiful riparian area. It would be as "simple" as pumping that same water several miles south to the 22nd Street area. The economic benefit would far outweigh the initial investment. Another option would be to tap the end of the CAP pipeline in the Altar Valley.
