No "rightwing" group is involved, it's the people supporting Izquierdo doing this garbage. No conservative group or person in the Sunnyside area is involved with this garbage. What a false flag bs campaign.

David , it would take brain cells and an actual heart to understand how abortion is equated to murder. That is the problem, our society isn't equating it. Thus, life itself loses meaning with the living. If you become inconvenient or a threat to my ability to pursue my happiness of a good education and a good job why then could you not be aborted? Why is it okay at 7 weeks but not 37 years if the result of your life and impact on mine is the same? If the fetus is just a parasite at 6 weeks to the host, then may I abort a 40 year old parasite that gives nothing back to it's host?

    Re: “Bad Track Record
Steve K, the reason Valadez is stalling is because the track owners, Freddie and Robert Consolo and Joseph Zappala together with other Florida folks and the workers at the track like, Isabella Arjona have given Ramon over $2,500 in campaign donations. They maxed their donations to his campaign. He is going to stall you for as long as he can, or until Dan W Eckstrom says different.

"According to Kozachik, his effort has run into stonewalling from board Chairman Ramón Valadez, whose District 2 includes South Tucson. "He said he was going to send it to a couple of committees," says Kozachik, "to see if committees agree that elimination of steroids is in the best interest of the animals. I sent him a note back saying that exact conversation happened when the proposition was being voted on in South Tucson. If (he) feels it's necessary to reinvestigate that same question now, four years later, then have at it. But that question has been asked and answered. Valadez didn't return a phone call seeking comment."

Looks like someone is owed an apology. I vehemently disagree with Dan Patterson's politics, but the raking he received was unjustified.

    Re: “Ask a Mexican!
Enamorada Gabacha and her gorgeous, kind Mexican guy are still together after all these years. We bought a house together not too long after my initial letter to you, so it definitely wasn't a one-night stand or a midnight run to the border. Must have been your marvelous advice! Best of all my white, Midwestern farm/ranch family loves him because, finally, I got a real man who knows how to work with his hands and build things instead of some dumb white city boy. It's all good!

Gracias for the update—now, go make some beautiful tan babies!

Be sure to Register them to vote as a Republican-Gracias

I think it's funny how so many people think this is illegal. It isn't. The actions were well vetted and Democrats do it all the time. Richard Fimbres has done it, Regina Romero has done it, etc.... So when a Republican beats the Socialist Progressives at their own game , they get all up in arms about it.

    Get a clue Tucson.
