    Re: “Danehy
The Tea Party constituency is as varied as the Republicans and the Democrats.
However, there's a small component there that does live in the premise of "no compromise", and it's taking the country down.

Senator Robert Byrd softened after he fathered a child with a black woman. He quit the KKK and apparently went to the child's college graduation. I only use this as an example that it just takes the right experience to change a person's point of view and that Robert Byrd could father a child that could graduate from college.

Both the Republicans (fronted by the Tea Party) and the Democrats rejected the Bowles-Simpson Proposal for balancing the budget, and this will come back to haunt the country. The pain delivered by the Bowles-Simpson Proposal would have delivered our children and grandchildren from the future we're preparing for them. Both Paul Ryan and Obama share blame for making sure this plan was rejected.

Although he's all about health care, the most impressive candidate in the recent debate was Charlie Manolakis. In the United States, we're either gonna bite the bullet and go with a single-payer, government health insurance or we have to outright say those who can't be insured die (or sneak in the emergency room door which costs the rest of us much more).
If Jesse Kelly wants to be elected, let's see if he can get a job with someone other than his father (Oh yeah, being a congress person is a job).

Take me and leave the elephants alone.
If you think that the bonds elephants form over time are any less than what humans form, then take your PhD's and place them "where the sun don't shine."
By separating these elephants after 40 years of being together, you are significantly increasing their probability of death......It's akin to survival rate after one spouse dies.... http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2028123

They're rioting in Africa. There's strife in Iran. What nature doesn't do to us... will be done by our fellow man

I heard this in the 60's and now it's 40 years later.
Power to the people. Right on.

Remember, Ron Paul said that if we put up a fence, it also keeps us in.

Let's see. Spend 500 million and get another 1 billion from the federal government to keep the AHCCS system paying for things at the hospitals and health services.
Don't spend the 500 million, don't get the 1 billion from the federal government, overload the hospital emergency rooms on their (the hospitals' dollars), have them lay off workers who will be on unemployment and no longer pay state taxes.

Did I miss something here ?
Oh yeah, possibly health care for some of the poor vs no health care for some of the poor.

Who wouldn't spend $1 to get $2 back to infuse into the state economy ?
Oh yeah, our state legislature and governor wouldn't.
