Owner Ron Wassell has developed a menu that is unique, distinctive and always delicious--he can create morsels from the Southwest to the Far East and everything in between. We were at a recent function Blue House catered, and we were treated to a mouthwatering assortment of spiced butters and bread, sautéed vegetables and perfectly spiced beef, all with a beautiful marinated artichoke in the center, and on other occasions, we've been blessed with the presence of their amazing chicken skewers with spicy peanut sauce. They even make amazing cookies.
