Each year, the HoCo Fest lineup seems to expand a bit, bringing back some familiar acts and adding new ones. There is still one night of bands left to be announced, I think, but it's generally safe to say that if you like the sort of music usually seen on Congress' stage, you'll probably want to just get a pass for the whole HoCo weekend. However, if you're too cheap or lazy to go every night, try to make sure you'll be there on September 4th. The lineup is incredible (Calexico! Devotchka! Sergio Mendoza! Richard Buckner! Jon Rauhouse!) but more importantly, the proceeds from the night go to help Craig Schumacher in his fight against cancer.
Seriously, clear your schedule now. Don't be the jerk who scheduled a barbecue with your buddies the same night.
