I wasn't the biggest fan of the first Bon Iver record, famously recorded in a cabin, but it's possible hanging out with Kanye West led to a little more musical variety rubbing off on the guy, but even still, covering Bonnie Raitt's "I Can't Make You Love Me" on Jimmy Fallon's show is still a little strange, even if it was ranked 331st on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 greatest songs of all time. Justin Vernon does a great job with it, although I might be biased by Vernon starting off the cover with a bit of Leon Russell's "A Song For You".
