When: Mondays, Wednesdays, 4-5:15 p.m. and Fridays, 10:30-11:45 a.m.

A meditative practice of yin style poses, passively held for several minutes. This is a powerful way to balance yang practice and lifestyle. Less DOing, more BEing. All levels welcome to all classes. New Students $18/2 weeks unlimited classes.
