Despite UA Flandrau Center Director Alexis Faust's best attempts to kill the Flandrau Center in favor of a $350 million Rainbow Bridge to nowhere, one of the best mineral museums in the world survives even though Flandrau is dead. As Faust kibbutzed with Ralph Applebaum, Rafael Vinoly and her chosen former mentors to the tune of more than $6 million, the entire Rio Nuevo project and its links to the University of Arizona died. Thanks Alexis Faust, why don't you go back to the rarified cultic air of the Bioshpere, where at least it still smells like money. Alexis Faust, where art thou?
