Whomever this clown is that wrote this article is the epitome of a "low-information voter". Get real! Who are the mind numb followers of the Dems? Take a IQ test of your typical Dem and Republican convention attendee. I think the Dems WROTE THE BOOK on how to attract low-information voters! I guess that can be expected when Biden is considered the "intellect" of your party. They're also too engrossed staring at their faded Obama posters and tweeting in their childhood bedroom to become informed.
