Way to go Al Melvin. You did the right thing by hanging up on the weekly. I feel the same way. I have never been happy how they report anything said to them. Either from me or others. The weekly is looking for a negative and or controversial story that people will talk about. They are part of the problem not the solution. You did the right thing Senator Melvin lets hope more citizens do the same until the weekly starts reporting stories that are not slanted to sensationalizm.

This paper should be called the Democrate Political Weekly. How one sided can you be. As a democrate myself, I can not understand how this paper could not even find one republican or lib to endorse. You have put your selves in a position that no one will respect your news paper as journalism.

This author sounds more like campaign manager for the Gifford camp. Real bias reporting. I'm shocked that anyone reading this won't recognize this article as nothing more than campaign propaganda for Gifford

Mayor Eckstrom is unavailable to everyone even the citizens and businesses of South Tucson. The Eckstrom machine needs to be removed from politics.

Doug D The canola oil was not injected> It was corn surup and no needles were ever found because the corn surup was shot into the greyhounds mouth. THis is also how the greyhound get lots of their vitamins. The reports don't tell you all they know, just what they want to FEEL.

Susan Via and her protection group have offered a $2,000 reward for anyone to get Tucson Greyhound Park convicted of violating prop 401. Why is Tim assuming the worst. It appears that the Dept of Racing is all over these guys at the race track.
