Judges need to contemplate the reparations that will issue when the damned lie that is "Schedule I Cannabis" joins history's dustbin. These atrocities shall NOT stand.

Google "Sir William Brooke O'Shaughnessy" and learn what George Washington meant about sowing "'Indian Hemp' EVERYWHERE".

Google N-gram the terms "Indian Hemp" "Cannabis" and "Marijuana"

George Washington, W.B.O'Shaughnessy, U.S. Pharmacopoeia.

Before 1960 the three terms were about equal, with "marijuana" entering the lexicon about the time of Anslinger...

To keep Cannabis illegal while tobacco and alcohol are dispensed freely would be *MURDEROUSLY STUPID*.

Schedule II includes cocaine, morphine, methamphetamine and fentanyl.

To "schedule" Cannabis more stringently than tobacco or beer would be *MURDEROUSLY STUPID*.
