Who needs to wait until Tuesday, March 17, to celebrate America's wannabe Irish appreciation? Not Hotel Congress (and neither should you). They'll be hosting festivities for four days in a row, starting on Saturday, March 14, at 9 p.m. at 311 E. Congress St. Joe Pagac, renowned local artist best known for his murals, will be hosting the kickoff night of Irish shenanigans. The fest will feature music by The Zsa Zsas, DJs and bagpipe players. There will be a photo booth, the world's largest leprechaun, and, of course, discounted alcohol, namely deals on Guinness and Jameson beer.
