    I missed the part where it's described why relocating these sheep to the Catalinas is important or even necessary.

    The article clearly states that there is no known reason why previous herds have died out, and relies on pure speculation. Meanwhile, fingers are crossed and offending mountain lions are slaughtered. There's something wrong with the picture - these lions are successful residents of the Catalinas, and are doing exactly what is expected. Killing them because they are doing what nature dictates is antithetical to the concept of wildlife preservation. Robbing Peter to pay Paul just seems plain wrong.

    Mr Kelly's MO is sound bites. No substantive articulation of the issues we have to deal with, in a realistic manner. As far as Mr Barber declining to answer who he plans to vote for - the question is a gigantic red herring in classic Kelly style.

    I was dumbfounded when Kelly actually claimed that big oil isn't taking government subsidies. What planet did the guy fly in from?
