Sparkling Wine Tips

Time to embrace the bubbly: With salads and sushi, drink brut; salmon or pork, try blanc de noir; sip rose with lobster or turkey and extra dry with spicy food like curry. Or try my personal favorite: a flute of champagne with a bowl of buttery popcorn.

Fountain of Youth

For kids of all ages and hardcore chocoholics, the perfect party accoutrement is one of the hottest trends in the chocolate world--the chocolate fountain. Warm chocolate cascades down a tower as an aroma of chocolate permeates. Put sliced fruit, designer marshmallows and cookies under the chocolate waterfall. Locally, contact www.chocolaterental.com.
