Maya Quetzal has graced the sidewalk of Fourth Avenue for more than 20 years, and it’s Tucson’s only Guatemalan restaurant. Flavors are subtle but complex, and the slow-cooked, tender meats are delicious. The menu is inexpensive, with reasonable portion sizes and a ton of vegetarian options.(10-3-13)
