Why don't people read the Bills before they respond to an article? First this is NOT a CON CON! Until everyone can read the Bill and read Article V in the Constitution, there is no use to respond to idiot questions. The Constitution is not and does not advocate for a CON CON. It is not legal. The request for an application through our legislature is for a CONVENTION OF THE STATES NOT CONGRESS!
