Harvey Milk Gay Freedom Parade

When: Fri., Oct. 11 2013

Tucson mayor Jon Rothschild presents an award to LGBT rights activist Stuart Milk at ceremony following a parade that starts at 6 p.m., Friday, Feb. 11, National Coming Out Day; free. The parade proceeds north on Stone Ave., then left on Alameda St. to the Pima County Courthouse and Tucson Meet Yourself. Anyone may join the parade; costumes celebrating Tucson's LGBT community are encouraged.
