Well at least folks know who not to vote for in the next cycle. If they took the same stand against cigarettes and alcohol then they wouldn't be hypocrites. I bet half of them make money with prohibition and will say or do anything to keep their cash flow!

"OLDEST DISPENSARY" REALLY???? These places have not even been open for a year. If they survive the year then patients will know what their options may be.

I read many of the reports on those busts that happened in WA on that day and it was a tax scheme with nothing to do with marijuana instead evading taxes and not securing a good distribution, other words "criminal activity" other drugs and all. Say what you want the recent raids in my mind are justified if they are not playing by the rules. We have State approved dispensaries in Arizona within less then 1000ft from a school. How long do you think they will last?
I for one am indeed anxious to see Arizona'a first book audit. Our regulating Agency who is suppose to oversea everything from production to final sale will have many voids to go through. Also the fact that I have not been given a single receipt for any purchase that I have made at a Tucson Dispensary should be a good indicator of what is going on. If the Dispensary owners are able to prove every single transaction is a non profit one, than the Department of Health Services are indeed in need of some servicing themselves. Any news when the ADHS will start on the folks here in AZ? Now that would be newsworthy indeed?
