DeVotchKa headlines Tucson Weekly's Fall Club Crawl® with an 11:30 p.m. show at the Rialto; Dry River Yacht Club opens. Dance-mix duo The Hood Internet tops a bill at Club Congress that also includes Brooklyn electro-pop quartet Body Language, Chicago hip hop and soul artist Kid Static and dance band Oscillator Bug.
