Chinese arts and crafts, games for kids, and live performances celebrating Lunar New Year 4711 on the Chinese calendar, the Year of the Horse, take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 1; $2, $1 for children age 5 and younger. Parking is free. Call 292-6900 for more information.
