SNPE will become the Bicycle Racing Test Track of East Tucson, the park will be taken over by sicklists, peeing in the open like they do at the Rincon store. Then the cars will be banned because of Bike-Car interactions, and sicklists getting injured. This STUPID, we are paying for these Panels through our Electric Bills, TEP should put the panels in Fields or over parking lots creating shade and all facing South. Putting panels on roof that face East ,North, or West is a WASTE of money.
