You're blaming starving children for not having food with these dumb arguments about who controls schools. States that fund their schools adequately get good results. Segregated Arizona? You can forecast test proficiency by zip code. And Huppenthal, you've got some nerve to even comment when you've dedicated your life work to undermining our schools and the pblica confidence in them.

The column detractors are voucher fans who doth protest too much. When a rebutted becomes as long as the original article, it's no longer a rebuttal, it's clouding the issue. Fund our public schools, our neighborhood schools and let the elitist private school folks pay for their own schools. These programs violate the state constitution....they're nothing more than a gift of public funds

Pothole Heaven....delivered by Governor Deadbeat Ducey and his gang of Republicans, who have diverted millions of gas tax revenues away from road repair.

Mighty Matilda, You are living in a bubble of illusion. It's not 40 years of liberal policies. Who has been in charge for the past 10 years? All conservative GOP. And Trump's popularity? November will tell. I think he will get schlonged.

We have a choice......accept the deal and hope that it works out with the support of Russia, Germany, the UK and other world powers, all looking in on Iran, and bring Iran into the international sphere of nations. As a side benefit, Iranian oil will lower gas prices for American consumers. Refuse it because we don't trust Iran? That means maintain the status quo, and Iran continues to develop weapons on the sly. Bush ignored Clinton intiatives with North Korea so they could push for tougher sanctions and make North Korea submit. The result of acting tough? North Korea became a nuclear power.
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God.....support this treaty...and verify compliance over the next decade. The war mongers alternative is more war in the Middle East...and how is that working out?
