CD2 Update: Questioned Cochise County Ballots Will Be Counted

Breaking news out of Cochise County: We're told that the provisional ballots that GOP attorneys sought to block from being counted will be counted. As we understand it, both parties reached a mutual agreement that was approved by the court.
