Ron Barber was joined onstage by his wife, children, and grandchildren as he gave a very upbeat speech. Barber is slightly ahead of Martha McSally, but there are still more votes to be counted.

"We have to fight for our middle class, veterans, and military families," Barber said. "We stood up for healthcare reform at a time when everyone was against it...we stood up for women's rights. Women who deserve equal pay for equal work. We still have a fight for better education ahead of us...Politics is not about big money...it's about fighting for our community. We know Southern Arizona is a great place, and we will continue to watch out for the results."
