Best Wine List for a Not-So-Fancy Place

This is casual dining the way it should be. No frills, good food, smart service and a wine list that is a little out of the ordinary. A featured wine is always in the offering, and the choice here is usually something not found on every wine list in America. The owners, wine pirates in a certain sort of way, also have created a list of recommendations. Plus, there is a regular wine list, which holds some interesting prospects as well. All in all, it just goes to show what a little "research"--OK, maybe lots of "research"--and a sincere desire to give the customer interesting choices can produce. Whether by the glass or a bottle, the wine list at Zona 78 is a winner. The pizza's pretty damn good, too!
