Anyone who has ever tried a veggie burger has likely had the nightmarish experience of tasting a bad one, the sort that has the texture of wet cardboard and a somewhat similar flavor, but Zinburger has been turning out Clint's Almost Famous burgers for years, complete with smoked mozzarella, avocado, pea shoots and tomato. Sure, it's not the same as the Angus or Kobe beef patties, but you won't feel like you're missing much.
