Best Potstickers

Chopstix Asian Diner

Many southside office workers know about this restaurant because of its cheap "luncheon express." (People pick two or three items from the steam table to go along with fried rice or lo mein--you know the drill from some chain joints around town that offer the same thing.) But these workers and their fellow Tucsonans would be smart to return for dinner (or to skip the luncheon express and just order off the dinner menu) for some potstickers. These delightful dumplings contain a fairly standard mixture of pork, ginger and other spices; it's the cooking process that makes these potstickers stand out: They're apparently both steamed and fried. And the result is delicious.
