Blue Willow

Most of us love to dine outdoors on occasion--assuming it's a nice, temperate day outside. This means that during about a third of the year, we Tucsonans do NOT want to dine outside, period, because it's really damn hot. And, we hate to say it, but those mister things kinda suck. This explains why Blue Willow's patio is da bomb: It's covered and secluded from the elements (and the obscene heat), yet it's still open enough to allow folks to feel outside. The fact that the food at Blue Willow is delicious doesn't hurt the place, either. Yeah, there may be the occasional wait, but who cares? You can spend the extra time dallying in the gift shop, snickering at all the goofy cards, toys and other trinkets. At the Blue Willow, it's all good.
