Many longtime vegetarians remember how it was when no restaurants knew how to deal with vegetarianism. While that scene has certainly changed, for those who have celiac disease or any degree of gluten intolerance, to quote Yogi Berra (and John Fogarty), "It's like déjà vu all over again." Ask a restaurant server, "What's gluten free?" and you're generally met with something like, "Huh?" P.F.
