Here's why Bobo's is the best diner in Tucson: It is now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with dinner specials every night. Well, that, and Grill closed downtown. Ever a contender for best bargain breakfast joint, the venerable hash-slingers' haven has also been a perennial source of concern: Would the creep-along widening of Grant Road take it out? How many ways can we say "Hell, no!" They simply expanded their hours and their menu (although, unfortunately, not their parking lot) to serve more home-flavored favorites to more standing-room-only crowds, more hours of the day, to wit: 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, and still 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Friday and Saturday. Perfect coffee and flawless service now available all day long.
