Maybe it's the location—on the outside it seems like just another urban Fourth Avenue joint. However, once inside, it's obvious why Tucson Weekly readers named Café Passe as the best Café Hangout. The courtyard's large mature trees offer shade and comfort, even during the height of our sweaty summers. Hangout means the space offers a sense of place that provides comfort, brings friends and lovers together throughout the day and offers some meaning in your life. That really is Café Passe.
