Nico's Mexican Food

After a long night at the clubs, there isn't a better place to gain back the calories you've sweated out than Nico's. What really makes Nico's an early morning delight is its carnitas burro. Unlike other burrito purveyors, Nico's chops up the carnitas; the meat is not shredded. Carnitas should be chopped and cooked up to produce little fat nibblets that are so tasty that they make clouds part and angels sing. The guacamole sauce is amazing; add some salsa, and you realize, from first bite to last, that life is worth living. It also brings home another philosophy: Pork fat can't be that bad for you when it tastes so good.
