Joe Montano and Scott LaRose continue to impress. Why? They are friendly, honest and hard-working. These are guys who don't cuss or lift their nose when you don't pull up in a gleaming Mercedes, Jag or Lexus. They are eager to help those who need it--like the man who needed some alternator work done on the 1974 Caddy that he lived in. He was working as a watchman in Marana and was happy that his television worked when plugged into the lighter. It was, after all, the day before the Super Bowl. On other times, we've seen these guys take care of industrial customers who roll up with a starter--so big that it needs to be wheeled in a lift--that needs rebuilding five minutes to closing time. No worries.
