The Tucson Arts Brigade's 29th Street Coalition Community Mural Project is a neighborhood project geared to bring youth and neighbors together to create community. Right now TAB has a fund-raising contest going on called Tens for TAB that you can learn more about right here.

The organization is also in the early stages of the mural project and needs to raise $750 by today in order to receive additional funds for the project.

More on the mural project from TAB's Kickstarter page:

The 29th Street Coalition Community Mural Project is a community initiative that serves youth from five Tucson AZ neighborhoods with civic engagement projects that lead to the beautification of the neighborhoods where they live, learn and work. The area served by the 29th Street Coalition contains a high rate of crime and a majority of residents who live in poverty. There are very few activities for older youth in the 29th Street Coalition area.

To help meet the needs of the community, this Mural Project will integrate a community design process with the planning, development and painting of a mural in the 29th Street Coalition area. The Tucson Arts Brigade (TAB) is working in partnership with the 29th Street Coalition to address issues of crime prevention and community
revitalization. TAB engages youth in meaningful, creative group activities that promote pride, stewardship and involvement in local neighborhoods.
