There's Still Time to Go See Expose at the Fair Tonight

Between gas and personal effort, (for me, at least) it can be a little difficult to justify a drive to Phoenix for anything these days, but when you combine two great events like the State Fair and an Old School Jam concert, it's like the car starts itself.

I'm generally a big fan of any concert which promises an "Old School" lineup, partially because I'm hopelessly gripped by nostalgia. The lineup at the State Fair tonight isn't great; I personally could live without hearing Rob Base and Montell Jordan perform live. However, Expose is performing, and Expose are amazing. Plus, they have a Tucson connection, since Ann from the group lived in town for awhile as a kid. Unfortunately, the group haven't performed in town since playing Pride a few years ago, so the State Fair might be as good as it gets. Plus, you can ride the Gravitron afterward.

Mostly, whether you go to the fair or not, enjoy this performance of "Point of No Return" at the legendary Apollo. The song is great and the audience is nearly as entertaining as Expose.
