Paton Sticks It to the Unions
Former state senator and one-time Republican candidate for U.S. Congress Jonathan Paton took to the stage at the Republican fiesta and took a moment to talk about those nasty unions, the U.S. Constitution and sticking it to ... you know, the unions.
Paton is particularly happy with the way the vote is going for Proposition 113—right now 61 percent yes and 39 percent no.
"(Voters) believe in the right to secret ballot, and they are not going to be intimated by union thugs," Paton said.
"No matter what happens, it all comes down to this ... the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution is going to win tonight."
